~ What is Conscious Breathing? ~
Conscious breathing is a simple breathing technique that can cause physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing and pleasure.
Conscious breathing can be done alone, one on one with a coach, in small or large groups or even in water with a snorkel!
What exactly do we do?
The 'breathers' lie down on a blanket or sleeping bag, with their bodies nice and comfortable and simply practice 'connected breathing.'
Connected breathing is a technique of connecting the inhale with the exhale in a relaxed circular, rhythm.
